This is my favorite curry! It includes chicken breast, chunks of kabocha squash and veggies in a flavorful red coconut curry broth. It's gluten-free and can be made vegan by omitting the chicken.

These waffles are crisp and fluffy, and they're made with whole grain oat flour so they're gluten-free. They're packed with warm pumpkin spice flavor and make a great make-ahead fall breakfast!

Roasted Pumpkin Apple Soup

It doesn't get much cozier than a bowl of this roasted pumpkin and apple soup! It's velvety smooth, packed with fall flavors and it's garnished with coconut milk (or cream) and crunchy pepitas.

Pumpkin Bread

A combination of oat and almond flour gives this gluten-free pumpkin bread the most amazing soft texture! It's full of cozy spice flavor and studded with dark chocolate chips for the ultimate fall quick bread.

Pumpkin Risotto with Bacon

I make this pumpkin risotto every season. It's so creamy with the nutty flavor of fresh roasted pumpkin and crispy crumbled bacon and pepitas take it over the top!
