Hi Reader, I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July! We went a party that day, then came home early to be with our dog during the fireworks. Like most pets, the noise makes him a little anxious, and our neighborhood puts on quite a display every year. Being that is was America's 250th birthday, it was extra loud and long, but we loved the celebration! Now that the holiday is over, I'm getting back to planning my meals and new recipes that I want to work on. Corn, peaches, cherries, grilled meats and all the salads are what I'm craving now in particular. With that in mind, I'm sharing a few recipes that I plan to make this month, but you can visit the entire July seasonal produce guide for more inspiration!
