Christmas day can be as overwhelming as it is joyous. I absolutely love having family and guests around to celebrate, though it’s easy to get caught up in the kitchen instead of enjoying the moment.

One way I’ve found to make it easier, and even more joyous, is with an easy Christmas day menu.
