Hi Reader, I eat salad every single day no matter what season it is. And pretty much anything goes -- I'll toss whatever I have on hand in the bowl and it always comes out great. I have to admit that fall salads are my absolute favorite. I love incorporating my favorite massaged kale salad or arugula with ingredients like leftover roasted butternut squash, shaved brussels sprouts, broccoli florets, apples, persimmons, pomegranate, beets and more. All of the salads I make really shine with one of my homemade salad dressing recipes. I always have 1 or 2 different ones prepped in the fridge! Below I'm sharing my collection of 15 Best Fall Salad Recipes. They're easy enough for busy weeknights and lunches, or elegant enough for holidays and dinner parties. Do you have a favorite fall salad? Hit reply and let me know! Happy cooking, Marcie
