Hi Reader,

I love cooking, but I hate washing dishes. I assume that I'm not alone, so I try to develop one pot dinner recipes as much as possible. The less dishes the better, right?

Just in case you feel the same way, I've rounded up 15 one pot dinners and linked them below.

They include minimal prep (most of which can be done in advance), and most of them are ready in 45 minutes or less.

These one pan wonders are all easy, delicious and guaranteed to make clean up a breeze. :)
