5 dump-&-go dinners for busy nights

Sometimes I just don't feel like cooking, but dinner isn't going to make itself. Or is it?!

Dump-&-go dinners do practically make themselves. They're like getting a night off from cooking yet you still get a home cooked meal. I love when that happens. :)

Below, you'll find (5) of my favorite dump-&-go dinners. Many are made in the slow cooker, but they also work in the oven or on the stove top in a Dutch oven.

Easy Dump-&-Go Dinners

Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas

These carnitas are SO tender and flavorful! Broiling them to crisp them up afterward is optional but highly recommended. They're wonderful in tacos, bowls and more!

Mediterranean Baked Cod

This is a QUICK one! After 10 minutes of prep, dump everything into the baking dish and it's ready in 15 minutes or less. It's great with crusty bread or your favorite side!

Baked Salsa Chicken

This is next to effortless using store bought salsa (or you can make my restaurant style salsa in advance). Shred the chicken or slice and serve as tacos, in bowls with rice, and more!

Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs

This chicken dinner is a big winner. It takes about 10 minutes to prep, then you pop everything onto the sheet pan and it's ready in about 30 minutes!

Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

There is a bit of hands on prep for this on the stove top, then dump everything in the slow cooker and go about your business for 4-6 hours. This is a cozy dinner that's great for meal prep!
