Hi Reader, I can't believe Easter is a little more than a week away! We will be having a small celebration with our boys, and so far I have no idea what's on the menu. Do you have any big plans? My mind always goes to eggs when it comes to Easter, which is why I've chosen them for the theme of this newsletter. If you're like me, you love whipping up a delicious Easter brunch that includes eggs in some form. βPoached eggs are super special, but if you're looking for recipes that can be made ahead, look no further than my mini broccoli crustless quiche, spinach feta frittata and bacon and egg muffins. Of course hard boiled eggs are super important so the kids can dye those gorgeous Easter eggs, but let's face it....they won't get eaten unless they're repurposed in a delicious way. βDeviled eggs with bacon and French style egg salad are two of my favorite ways to use them up, and I've included a few more ideas below. Happy cooking! Easter-Worthy Egg RecipesβPoached EggsβLearn how to make perfect poached eggs for eggs benedict and more. Customize the eggs to your desired doneness with my easy tips!

Hi Reader, I'm super excited for the Fourth of July. We're going to a barbecue, so I'm going to bring a side...and probably something extra because that's how I am. π I'm not sure which dish(es) I'll bring yet though -- I'm so torn!
