Chili season is here! ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

Hi Reader,

September means that chillier days are coming (or they may already be here for you), which means chili season is ON! ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

To me, there's nothing better than a cozy bowl of chili with a piece of homemade cornbread for dunking. Unless I'm watching football while I enjoy it, of course. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I love that a pot of chili comes together in about 30 minutes, and it only gets better as it sits in the fridge. Which makes it great for meal prep and freezer friendly.

I have several recipes to choose from, so the question is: which chili recipe are you going to try first? ๐Ÿ˜‹

Cozy Chili Recipes to Warm you up this Fall

โ€‹White Bean Turkey Chiliโ€‹

This is hands-down my most popular chili recipe. It's light yet hearty with ground turkey and creamy white beans, with warm spices and the freshness of lime juice and cilantro!

Get your chili and cornbread in one delicious pot! This chili cornbread casserole is easy, hearty and truly the best of both worlds.

This chorizo chili is a great way to spice up your chili routine! It's a delicious combination of spicy chorizo, sweet potato and smoky spices that will keep everyone coming back for more.

Who knew pumpkin belonged in chili? It does. It creates a smooth, silky base and adds flavor. It is the secret ingredient that nobody will be able to point out. It can be our little secret.

If you love your Instant Pot, this is the chili recipe for you. It's packed with tender shredded chicken breast, corn and poblano peppers, for fresher twist on chili.

I made this recipe so many times last season. The butternut squash gives this chili delicious sweet and savory flavor that I couldn't get enough of!

Looking for more cozy soups and chili? I've got you covered.

โ€‹

Don't forget the cornbread!

โ€‹Easy Skillet Cornbreadโ€‹

Ditch the cornbread mix and make this skillet cornbread from scratch instead! It's soft and fluffy with a golden, crispy crust and it's ready in about 30 minutes!

โ€‹Honey Cornbread Muffinsโ€‹

Your chili needs these moist and hearty cornbread muffins! They have the flavors of honey and butter and the recipe includes an easy dairy-free option!

Whichever chili recipe you try first, I hope you enjoy it enough to try more! I truly can't decide which one is my favorite. I guess as long as it's served with cornbread I'm happy. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Happy cooking!
