Chili season is here! 🌢️

Hi Reader,

September means that chillier days are coming (or they may already be here for you), which means chili season is ON! 🌢️

To me, there's nothing better than a cozy bowl of chili with a piece of homemade cornbread for dunking. Unless I'm watching football while I enjoy it, of course. πŸ˜‰

I love that a pot of chili comes together in about 30 minutes, and it only gets better as it sits in the fridge. Which makes it great for meal prep and freezer friendly.

I have several recipes to choose from, so the question is: which chili recipe are you going to try first? πŸ˜‹

Cozy Chili Recipes to Warm you up this Fall

White Bean Turkey Chili

This is hands-down my most popular chili recipe. It's light yet hearty with ground turkey and creamy white beans, with warm spices and the freshness of lime juice and cilantro!

Chili Cornbread Casserole

Get your chili and cornbread in one delicious pot! This chili cornbread casserole is easy, hearty and truly the best of both worlds.

Guinness Beef Chili

Guinness stout is the secret weapon in this chili. It adds richness and depth of flavor, and truly sets this apart. Sub with your favorite dark beer!

Spicy Chorizo Chili

This chorizo chili is a great way to spice up your chili routine! It's a delicious combination of spicy chorizo, sweet potato and smoky spices that will keep everyone coming back for more.

Ground Chicken Chili

Want a leaner option for your next bowl of chili? This chicken chili is it. It's packed with protein and all the flavor that you love, with lean ground chicken and warm spicy flavor.

Pumpkin Chili

Who knew pumpkin belonged in chili? It does. It creates a smooth, silky base and adds flavor. It is the secret ingredient that nobody will be able to point out. It can be our little secret.

Instant Pot White Chicken Chili

If you love your Instant Pot, this is the chili recipe for you. It's packed with tender shredded chicken breast, corn and poblano peppers, for fresher twist on chili.

Butternut Squash Turkey Chili

I made this recipe so many times last season. The butternut squash gives this chili delicious sweet and savory flavor that I couldn't get enough of!

Don't forget the cornbread!

Easy Skillet Cornbread

Ditch the cornbread mix and make this skillet cornbread from scratch instead! It's soft and fluffy with a golden, crispy crust and it's ready in about 30 minutes!

Honey Cornbread Muffins

Your chili needs these moist and hearty cornbread muffins! They have the flavors of honey and butter and the recipe includes an easy dairy-free option!

Whichever chili recipe you try first, I hope you enjoy it enough to try more! I truly can't decide which one is my favorite. I guess as long as it's served with cornbread I'm happy. 😊

Happy cooking!
