Hi Reader, 2026 is just two days away, so I wanted to get a jump on what almost everyone is thinking about after the holidays… New Year’s resolutions! I don't normally make resolutions, but I do make goals for myself. No more cookies for a while is on the top of the list. 😉 But for me, it's really about eating more wholesome, balanced meals with plenty of protein. Protein-packed meals make you feel fuller longer, help maintain blood sugar, and stave off sugar cravings (not to mention mindless snacking). Our bodies just run better on protein.
