Hi Reader, Valentine’s Day may be the most controversial holiday… Do you celebrate it or skip it? I don’t really celebrate it, but I do appreciate the opportunity to indulge in more chocolate than usual! And it’s a great excuse to make a delicious, special night-in menu for my loved ones. I have an entire selection of “date night” recipes that work great for a night-in on Valentine’s Day. Desserts included!
