Your Valentine’s Day Menu

Hi Reader,

Valentine’s Day may be the most controversial holiday… Do you celebrate it or skip it?

I don’t really celebrate it, but I do appreciate the opportunity to indulge in more chocolate than usual! And it’s a great excuse to make a delicious, special night-in menu for my loved ones.

I have an entire selection of “date night” recipes that work great for a night-in on Valentine’s Day. Desserts included!

But for the sake of ease, this week I’ve created a complete, easy-to-make menu you can follow for your special dinner.

Valentine’s Day Made Easy Dinner Menu

Romaine Wedge Salad with Bacon and Blue Cheese

This Romaine Wedge Salad with Bacon and Blue Cheese recipe has everything you love about the classic but with more crunch and added nutrition.

Pan Seared Steak

This Pan Seared Steak recipe is every bit as good as the steakhouse restaurant version. Crispy on the outside, slathered in butter and garlic, and finished with rosemary. And it comes together in about 10 minutes!

Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

This Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells recipe serves up a hefty dose of cozy… vegetarian-style. It can be made entirely in advance and even stored in the freezer for future meals.

Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

This Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes recipe is a perfect side dish to your seared steak. The potatoes are extra creamy because of a secret ingredient and they have a subtle garlic flavor.

Easy Chocolate Mousse

This Chocolate Mousse recipe is creamy, luscious and one of my all-time favorite chocolate desserts. It’s a no-bake treat that comes together in about 30 minutes and it will impress!

Still looking for more date night dinner ideas? Here’s that selection of recipes again that I mentioned above.

Whether you stay in, go out, or skip the day altogether, I hope at least one of these recipes make it onto your plate before long.

Happy cooking!

Marcie

P.S. Look out for next week’s email with cozy slow cooker recipes!
