The 5 Most-Loved Recipes in May

Hi Reader,

This is a BIG weekend for my family -- my son is getting married to his college sweetheart! We're so happy for them, and I'm thrilled that I'm going to have a daughter. She is wonderful, and I'll share more details next week!

For now, I thought it would be fun to take a look at last month and see which recipes resonated with people the most. The (5) recipes below were the most popular across all platforms, including email, Google search, Pinterest and social media.

I think it's safe to say people are craving lighter summer foods...and breakfast. And every single one of these recipes is a favorite of mine as well. :)

If you missed one, now’s your chance to save it for summer.

Happy cooking!

Marcie

5 Most-Loved Recipes in May

Napa Cabbage Salad

This salad is crisp and fresh, packed with sweet and savory flavor, and tossed in a flavorful Asian dressing!

Coconut Overnight Oats

These creamy oats have a protein boost from Greek yogurt and plenty of coconut. They take minutes to make and have been a reader favorite for years!

Lemon Dijon Baked Salmon

This is the salmon recipe that I make most often, and it has also been a reader favorite for years. The salmon is so juicy and you can't beat the lemon dijon combo!

Broccoli Slaw

I make this broccoli slaw on a weekly basis when the weather gets warm. It's creamy and crunchy with apples, dried cranberries and my sweet, tangy coleslaw dressing!

Overnight Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

This isn't your average baked oatmeal. The oats soak up the liquid overnight, then they're baked in the morning with a streusel topping! They have a fluffy texture and are one of my most popular recipes.

New this Week!

Hi Reader, Summer is arriving this month, so bring on the grilling season, all the salads, and fruity desserts! The markets are brimming with so much produce right now that I feel like a kid in a candy store, but it can also get overwhelming. I have to reign myself in and really plan out what I'm going to make before I head to the market so that I don't overbuy. The last thing I want to do is waste food. This week, I'm sharing some of my favorite summer recipes below, but you can visit the...

burger bowls

Hi Reader, I reshot my burger bowls recipe this week because I felt that the old version just wasn’t doing them justice. Now they're even more crave-worthy. They still have my juicy grilled burgers and burger sauce, but I added crispy air fryer roasted sweet potatoes and quick pickled red onions (coming soon!). I loved them so much that I made them a few days later with grilled turkey burgers. I'm completely obsessed! The post has not been updated with the new photos yet, but I included one...

Hi Reader, It doesn't get any better than berry season for me! Choosing a favorite is difficult, but if I had to, I'd say blueberries, because I use them the most. ☺️ This week, I've rounded up some of my favorite berry (and cherry!) recipes to help you make the most of them this summer. Whether you're using them in salads, jam, cocktails, or dessert, you'll find something delicious here. While you’re thinking about which recipe to try first, I want to share with you my favorite berry storage...
