5 recipes to make this week

Fall has arrived and my autumn decorations have been out for over a week. I'm hitting a pumpkin patch this week hopefully and picking up pumpkins for my porch. This is the best season!

Today I'll be watching football all day and cooking Sunday dinner for my family. Do you have any fun plans?

I've got (5) recipes below that I hope you'll try this week. You'll find everything from breakfast, salad, dinner and dessert, and every recipe is easy to prep for the week ahead.

5 Recipes To Cook This Week

Breakfast: Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole

This is one of my favorite meal prep breakfasts. It's high in protein, packed with veggies, and I love that it's customizable with whatever I have in the fridge.

Salad: Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad

The textures in this salad make it so crave-worthy. It’s tossed in a bright, zesty lemon dressing and most of the components can be prepped in advance, making it perfect for lunches and busy nights.

Side dish: Roasted Sweet Potato Halves

This is my favorite way to make sweet potatoes. They're halved and roasted at high heat so they get so deliciously caramelized. They're perfect with your favorite toppings!

Dinner: BBQ Turkey Meatloaf (with a surprise ingredient!)

There are no breadcrumbs in this meatloaf, or egg for that matter. It's moist, flavorful and topped with bbq sauce -- it's been a family favorite for years!

Dessert: Pear Crumble

Pears are so underrated, they deserve as much attention as apples do when it comes to baking. It’s packed with sweet, juicy pears, the cozy flavor of warm cinnamon, and it’s topped with a golden brown oat crumble. Try my apple crisp recipe if you want to stick to the classics!
