Hi Reader, I started lifting weights a little over a year ago to get stronger and strengthen my bones. I realized that I wasn't getting enough protein, so I've really been trying to up my protein intake. I try not to eat a lot of dairy, and I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese (which isn't too popular these days!), but thankfully there are plenty of other great protein sources that I love.
