β Hi Reader, I started lifting weights a little over a year ago to get stronger and strengthen my bones. I realized that I wasn't getting enough protein, so I've really been trying to up my protein intake. I try not to eat a lot of dairy, and I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese (which isn't too popular these days!), but thankfully there are plenty of other great protein sources that I love. If you struggle to stay full between lunch and dinner, I have plenty of high-protein lunch options that will satisfy you, keep your energy up, and each one has minimal prep time. Each recipe is packed with clean, real-food ingredients and plenty of protein to fuel your day. Whether youβre into salads, sandwiches, or one-bowl meals, youβll find something here to make your lunch break the best part of your day. What's your go-to high protein lunch? βGrilled Lamb Kofta KebabsβIf you've never had lamb kofta, you're missing out. And if you're not a fan of lamb, you can use ground beef! These kebabs are juicy, packed with warm spice flavor and they take about 10 minutes to prep!
βCanned Salmon SaladβThis salmon salad has been a go-to for me this summer. It's extra affordable with wild canned salmon (include the soft bones for a huge calcium boost!) and it takes just 10 minutes to make. I love it as-is or with crunchy veggies, or you can enjoy it in a sandwich.
