Fourth of July is just days away, so I'm thinking you probably have your menu planned all planned out, but you can use some easy last minute snacks to enjoy.

These are all fresh, simple and require NO COOKING because baby it's hot outside!

There's no better way to celebrate summer tomatoes and this is always a crowd pleaser. Change it up by drizzling it with some balsamic glaze or pesto sauce for the easiest summer snack!

If you like hummus, you'll love this dip made with creamy white beans. It comes together in about 10 minutes and it can be made completely in advance!

Hi Reader, We were in California visiting family for a week, and when we returned to Boise it was 90 degrees.
