Here’s What to Cook in April

Hi Reader,

The hills are green, the trees are blooming and spring produce is in all the markets. Asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms and radishes have been staples for me so far. And let's not forget citrus. 😉

If you love artichokes but rarely make them at home, I've got a handy tutorial on how to prep an artichoke and a recipe for Instant Pot artichokes (also includes stove top instructions) below. I for one am preparing them at home more often!

This week, I’ve got five easy recipes for you that are perfect for Easter or all month long. Be sure to check out my April produce guide for more.

We change up our menu every year, but I've got a traditional Easter menu below that is similar to what I grew up enjoying every Easter Sunday. This menu gives me great memories of sitting around my grandparent's table for my grandmother's melt-in-your-mouth tender ham and her Armenian...
