Hi Reader, I can't believe that spring is here and Easter is less than 2 weeks away! I'm thoroughly enjoying our spring weather here in Boise, but admittedly, Easter has been a bit of an after thought for me. We change up our menu every year, but I've got a traditional Easter menu below that is similar to what I grew up enjoying every Easter Sunday. See my entire selection of Easter recipes for even more ideas, but for the sake of ease, this week I’ve created a complete, easy-to-make menu you can follow for your special dinner.
