Hi Reader, It was an exciting weekend! My youngest son got married to the most wonderful woman on a rooftop in downtown Boise. It was the perfect day and we had a fabulous time celebrating with friends and family. We spent two fun filled nights celebrating, and it was so special having everyone in town to share this occasion with us. Now that the wedding is over, I'm back to focusing on creating summer recipes that are perfect for warm weather. When the weather is really hot, I crave salad for dinner. And since it's dinner, it can't be a sad, boring salad! It's got to be packed with protein, flavor and delicious ingredients. I have several go-to's, but the (5) recipes below are my absolute favorite. They're completely crave-worthy and can be customized with your favorite proteins and veggies. Scroll down for all 5 recipes, and you can also access my entire collection of summer salad recipes here. I'm going to make my shrimp louie salad this week. Which one are you making?? Happy cooking! Hi Reader, Summer is arriving this month, so bring on the grilling season, all the salads, and fruity desserts! The markets are brimming with so much produce right now that I feel like a kid in a candy store, but it can also get overwhelming. I have to reign myself in and really plan out what I'm going to make before I head to the market so that I don't overbuy. The last thing I want to do is waste food. This week, I'm sharing some of my favorite summer recipes below, but you can visit the...
Hi Reader, I reshot my burger bowls recipe this week because I felt that the old version just wasn’t doing them justice. Now they're even more crave-worthy. They still have my juicy grilled burgers and burger sauce, but I added crispy air fryer roasted sweet potatoes and quick pickled red onions (coming soon!). I loved them so much that I made them a few days later with grilled turkey burgers. I'm completely obsessed! The post has not been updated with the new photos yet, but I included one...
