Hi Reader, October marks the first full month of fall, which is hands down my favorite season. The weather is finally cooling off, the trees here in Boise are GORGEOUS, and some of my favorite produce like butternut squash, pumpkin, apples and persimmon are readily available. Hi Reader, I eat salad every single day no matter what season it is. And pretty much anything goes -- I'll toss whatever I have on hand in the bowl and it always comes out great.
