1 ingredient, so many ways to use it

Hi Reader,

I always have a tub of plain Greek yogurt in my fridge.

It’s creamy, tangy, packed with protein—and it works in way more than just breakfast. It's great in dips and dressings, as a creamy condiment for savory dishes, and it's fabulous in baking.

In case you're wondering, my go-to brand is Fage -- they have a Best Self Lactose Free version that I love.

Want more options? You can find more inspiration on how to use Greek yogurt here.

Be sure and check out my new recipes for the week below as well!

Ways to Use Greek Yogurt

Greek Tzatziki

This is creamy, fresh and packed with protein. It's the ultimate dip for veggies, crackers or pita chips, and it doubles as a condiment for grilled meats like my Greek chicken souvlaki and lamb kofta!

Blueberry Greek Yogurt Pancakes

These pancakes are SO fluffy and studded with juicy blueberries. They're also made with whole grain oat flour, so they're a good source of fiber and are gluten-free!

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Ditch the bottled ranch dressing and try this! It's creamy, so fresh tasting and has a protein boost from Greek yogurt. It's great as a salad dressing or as a dip for crunchy veggies or chicken wings!

Sonoma Chicken Salad

The recipe for this chicken salad includes mayo, but truthfully, I swap it out with Greek yogurt most of the time. The yogurt adds a great tang, protein boost AND makes it extra creamy!

Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats

This recipe has been a reader favorite since the day I posted over 10 years ago. These oats are creamy, satisfying, take minutes to prep, and are reminiscent of coconut cream pie!

Moroccan Chicken Vegetable Soup

This is the perfect example of how just a dollop of Greek yogurt can balance out a savory dish with bold spices. It's also wonderful atop ground chicken chili and green enchilada chicken soup!

Tropical Smoothie

Enjoy all the flavors of the islands with this creamy, delicious smoothie! It’s packed with tropical fruit, coconut milk and protein-packed Greek yogurt for a satisfying breakfast or snack, and there’s no sugar added!

Hi Reader, I love experimenting with various types of flours, and almond flour is one of my favorites. It's nutrient-dense, gluten-free, and can be used in baked goods or as a binder substitute for breadcrumbs in savory recipes. Super fine almond flour is best known for giving a light, fluffy texture. Almond meal, on the other hand, contains the almond skins, which are much more dense and a little grainy in texture. For this reason, almond flour cannot be swapped with almond meal. When in...

Hi Reader, I can't believe we're in the last full month of spring and that summer is already on the horizon! Personally, I plan to eat as much spring produce as I can before it’s gone. This week I’m sharing four recipes that celebrate May produce, and one cherry dessert to welcome in the early summer fruit. This recipe roundup includes...
