5 recipes to make before summer ends

Hi Reader,

Labor Day is less than 2 weeks away, so it's all about making the most of summer produce before it's gone. I don't know about you, but once September rolls around, fall is all I can think about.

Who else is ready for all things pumpkin and apple?!

With that in mind, I've rounded up (5) recipes to try before summer ends. Think grilling, fresh salads, summer dessert and more.

What are you making first? Hit reply and let me know!

Happy cooking!

Marcie

Must-make end of summer recipes

Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken

If there's only one more thing that you grill this summer, make it this chicken. I've made it so many times and it never gets old. Use chicken breast if you prefer them and you can also bake it in the oven if you don't have a grill!

Dill Pickle Potato Salad

I was never a big fan of potato salad until I made this. It's creamy and crunchy like you'd expect, but it has fresh herbs and tangy flavor that is unexpected. And the dressing is extra creamy thanks to a secret ingredient. Shhh!

Greek Chopped Salad

I love a greek salad, and summer is THE best time to make it when tomatoes and cucumbers are at their peak. This one has chickpeas to make it extra satisfying!

Pico de Gallo

Summer is the only time I make pico de gallo because fresh tomatoes just aren't worth the time any other season. Serve over tacos, burrito bowls or with chips!

Fresh Peach Cobbler

This is a must make before peaches are gone! It's got the juicy, sweet peach filling we all know and love, with a golden brown cookie-style topping that takes cobbler to new heights!
