One of the biggest challenges people face when it comes to cooking meals is time. Some people don't have a lot of time, and some would rather be doing other things altogether. Or maybe a combination of both. :)

I've got (10) recipes for you below that take 30 minutes or less to prepare. You'll find breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and sweet treats to cover all of your bases.

Recipes that take 30 minutes or less

Breakfast:

Ham & Cheese Frittata

You gotta love a frittata. They're high in protein, perfectly customizable with whatever is in your fridge, and it's ready in about 25 minutes.

Chai Overnight Oats

These have been a reader favorite for years. They include my simple homemade chai spice mix or you can use your favorite spices and toppings. You can whip these up in 15 minutes flat!

Lunch:

Mediterranean Bean Salad

This bean salad is packed with protein and fiber, vibrant flavor, and takes just 20 minutes to make!

Sonoma Chicken Salad

This is a great high protein lunch option that comes together in 15-20 minutes with leftover or rotisserie chicken!

Snack:

No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

These bars are one of my very favorite snacks. They come together with 6 ingredients in about 10 minutes, and bonus that you don't have to bake them! Try my peanut butter protein balls for extra protein.

Antipasto Skewers

While I love serving these as an appetizer for gatherings, I also make them at home to snack on midday with crackers. They're super satisfying and take about 15 minutes to make!

Dinner:

One Pot Italian Sausage Bow Tie Pasta

This recipe was inspired by a recipe from Giada De Laurentiis of Food Network. I absolutely loved her version, and streamlined it so that I could make it just one pot. It's so tasty and is ready in 30 minutes!

Egg Roll in a Bowl

I prefer this over an egg roll and it's ready in 30 minutes -- probably faster than takeout! It's high in protein, packed with veggies and big on flavor.

Dessert:

Chocolate Chia Pudding

This is so creamy, rich and chocolatey that it's hard to believe it's healthy. And it's one of the easiest treats you'll make -- it takes just 5 minutes to prep!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

These are my favorite cookies on the planet because I love peanut butter and chocolate and they're so easy. They have just a few real food ingredients and are ready in about 20 minutes!
