Hi Reader,

Chicken breast is lean, packed with protein and extremely versatile, but finding new and exciting ways to use it can be a challenge. The struggle is real, and I'm making it my mission to develop more chicken breast recipes that are anything but boring!

For now, I've got (7) easy chicken breast recipes below that are delicious and family-friendly.

Chicken Burrito Bowls

You truly can't beat a burrito bowl. They come together with grilled chicken or air fryer chicken breast, and you can load them up with ALL the toppings!

Creamy Chicken Marsala

This is one of my favorite chicken dinners! It seems fancy but it couldn't be easier. This restaurant quality meal can be on the table in just 30 minutes.

Honey Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

You can make this faster than you can order takeout! Tender chicken breast and chunks of fresh pineapple are cooked in a sweet, savory honey teriyaki sauce.

Chicken Cobb Salad

This is one loaded salad! It's packed with protein, it's so satisfying and it's tossed with a tangy red wine vinaigrette. Components can be prepped ahead and it comes together with leftover or rotisserie chicken.

Chicken Piccata

This meal really needs no introduction -- it's a classic for a reason! Juicy chicken breast is smothered in a tangy lemon caper butter sauce and it's ready in 30 minutes.

Slow Cooker Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

This soup is truly special. It's creamy and satisfying, and bursting with fresh lemon flavor. It's an easy dump and go recipe that's great for meal prep!

Baked Salsa Chicken

This is one of the easiest dump and go dinners ever! It includes just 4 ingredients and it can be served over rice or shredded and used in tacos, bowls and more!
